Rinne frustrated by woeful offense

08:23 AM ET 02.12 | Predators goalie Pekka Rinne, on the heels of a Saturday night off, returned to the crease in the second night of a back-to-back to close out the weekend. The Predators were on the ice Sunday for the third time in four days, but it was only Rinne's second because backup Chris Mason was in net Saturday night. But even a rested Rinne couldn't help the Predators make up for a lack of offense in a 3-0 loss to Chicago. The Predators also were shut out Jan. 24 against St. Louis (3-0) and Jan. 28 against Phoenix (4-0). "This is the third time in 11 games now that we got shut out," said Rinne, who stopped all but three of Chicago's 27 shots. "I mean, it's tough to win when you don't score goals."
