01:01 PM ET 02.12 | Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender James Reimer is not expected to miss much time due to injury, according to head coach Randy Carlyle on Monday night. Reimer was forced to leave the team's game against the Philadelphia Flyers with what appeared to be some sort of leg injury. After requiring the attention of a team trainer, Reimer needed the help of teammate John-Michael Liles to get off the ice surface. He was unable to return to the game. While Carlyle expresses that Reimer won't be out for long, a time-table has yet to be released on a potential return as of Tuesday afternoon. With Reimer out, it is likely that Ben Scrivens will act as the team's No. 1 goaltender.

I see no Reimer reason why he should stay out too long.

Welcome! You picked a good one. There's no Reimer reason for you to stay away either.

You gotta be on earth to win the Cup! Afterwards they shall re-ascend to the heavens, led by the almighty Randy and be seated at the right hand of the Lord Stanley.

I'm worried now Danny. The Leafs have been doing really well and I congratulate you on a great 3 weeks. But, you gotta keep a firm grasp on reality here. Breathe deeply.

Slappy, Carlyle didn't deserve a Norris but he might deserve this.

You know, in a crazy way it's probably the Caps fault that Randy (or God as DL calls him) is able to coach the Leafs. I remember when he was playing for Pittsnurgh and came skating up the ice with his head down. Scott Stevens blasted him as he started across the red line and Randy swallowed his tongue. The Caps training staff came out and literally saved his life. That and the fact we've given 'em 4 pts. so far this year.
