01:23 PM ET 02.12 | The Baltimore Ravens are still basking in the glow of their Super Bowl XLVII win over the San Francisco 49ers, but a serious offseason question is at hand. The team hopes to meet with quarterback Joe Flacco's agent next week, when the two sides will begin working on a new deal for the Super Bowl MVP. Flacco is set to become a free agent this offseason unless Baltimore signs him to a new deal. He is hoping to become one of the NFL's highest-paid quarterbacks, and if he and the Ravens can't reach a new deal, Baltimore will have to place the franchise tag on its star player.

If they tag him, it has to be exclusive. I'm sure they want to avoid that.

He's 28 give him a 6-7 Year deal with less money but a big Guarantee, if he's still knocking them dead when he's 35-36 he will go year to year!!
