08:05 AM ET 02.13 | While he said earlier this week that he was in no hurry to leave Milwaukee, Brandon Jennings may get the chance to fulfill his potential in Dallas. The Mavericks are apparently intrigued by the possibility. Sources tell ESPN.com's Marc Stein that the Mavs have a "level of interest" in Jennings if the Milwaukee Bucks make the restricted free agent-to-be point guard available before the Feb. 21 trade deadline. Jennings, 23, is averaging 18.5 points and 6.1 assists in his fourth NBA season. He arguably fits Mark Cuban's description given for potential trade targets: a young talent who would immediately be a top-three player on the Mavs' roster with the potential to develop into an All-Star.

Please Bucks Trade him for a bag of balls. Sick of his 'me' first attitude. He is a player whose body will breakdown at any moment.

B Jennings is a quality PG. Perfect fit for Mavs. Who will they get rid of is the question. Whoever the let go, the Bucks wont keep him anyway. Gon give him away for peanuts & have nothing to show for trade ala Allen for Payton.

Might have the money to sign him, but I don't see this shot happy pg coexisting with Dirk. Try again Mark.

Since when is 18/6 slightly above average. I'd like to see what a good PG averages then.
