04:38 PM ET 02.13 | Dallas Cowboys executive Stephen Jones, son of owner Jerry Jones, has said the team seeks a contract extension for quarterback Tony Romo. Jones reaffirmed the franchise's long-term commitment to Romo this week, stating that the organization may try to get an extension done before Romo's contract expires. He's entering the final year of that deal, and is set to make $11.5 million next season. But from what it sounds like, Jones and his dad will work to have a new extended and restructured contract in place over the next month, via Calvin Watkins of ESPNDallas.com:
