04:46 PM ET 02.13 | One of the biggest things that the Arizona Cardinals have to address is the quarterback position this offseason, and with that comes the biggest question -- what should the team do with quarterback Kevin Kolb and his contract? The team is reportedly about $3.3 million over the salary cap and has to get that number down by March 12 when the new league year begins. Kolb is due to make $11.5 million this season and holds a $13.5 million salary cap number. Even if the team were to cut him, he would still cost the team $6 million against the cap.

Maybe because the 3 backup QB's they used, when Kolb was injured last year, combined for 3 TD's and 18 INT's.

It's true that Kolb may be the King of the crappy QBs, but he's still a crappy QB. Cut him and go for Flynn or draft on potential. They have nowhere to go but up.

They need to sit down with some scissors and destroy Kolb's contract

They could also trade for Alex Smith.

Very true. I may be in the minority, but I don't think Kolb played that poorly last year. It is very hard to evaluate his play though, considering he was playing behind the worst offensive line I have ever seen.
