07:52 AM ET 02.14 | It didn't take long after Pep Hamilton's hiring before the questions began: Will the Colts offense change? [Bruce Arians] was a high-risk, high-reward coordinator who consistently relied on a deep passing game. Hamilton's background is West Coast-oriented, which involves a shorter, more efficient passing game mixed with power running. ... With Luck at the controls, Hamilton envisions the Colts possessing a balanced offense. "We want to create conflicts for our opponents," he said. "We want to have the ability to not only push the ball down the field and hit the big play in the passing game, but we've got to be able to run the football and hammer the nail some."

Everybody is a Vince Lombardi!!!

If he wants a balance offense this year the Colt's better find some better RBs and quick!!!

This offense is going to get better no matter what system they use - Luck will mature (not that he did not play well last year) and improve his consistency

Should they use their 1st or 2nd round pick for a RB ? Lattimore says he is healthy and will be much more than teams are expecting, or do the go through free agency?

Well, I suggest he get an offensive line!

2nd round or FA. Maybe Mendenhall ends in in Indy.

Their OC's name is "Pep"? Was "Sleepy" Floyd taking a siesta?

As a Colts fan, the passing game this past season was one of the most exciting I've witnessed. I love 20-40 yard passes and I'm going to be really disappointed if that goes away.

Of course, if we win the division and make a long run in the playoffs, my disappointment will subside rather quickly.
