Habs lacking size and grit

08:12 AM ET 02.14 | Thanks to a game-saving shootout save from Carey Price, Montreal earned a shootout win at Tampa Bay on Tuesday, moving to 7-4-1 on the season before playing Thursday at Florida. The Canadiens will get a much stiffer test back at the Bell Centre Saturday when they face a Philadelphia team that has given the Habs problems since Bobby Clarke had long hair and a gap in his teeth. In the wake of that debacle against the Leafs, the question that has to be asked is whether the team Marc Bergevin has put together has the size and toughness to prevail against the bully boys in Philly, Boston and (could it be?) Toronto. It certainly didn't look that way against the Leafs. The Canadiens were beaten in every facet of the game.

PK is just fine.

Price will cover, and make up for, many weaknesses until they get some size in the line up.

Really? Does the Montreal Gazette not remember the '76 finals? The Flyers have played them tough the last several years, but let's not get carried away.

Take it from not only a Leaf fan, but a guy who had to witness that terrible, awful nosedive last year that really put the exclamation point on the past decade - it's not fun seeing your team getting tossed around like a Kardashian.

On the other hand, it's quite enjoyable riding high when your mortal enemies are seemingly crumbling one-by-one while your boys ride high.
