Dana White hopes Dominick Cruz will return this summer

02:02 PM ET 02.14 | Dominick Cruz appears to be on his way back, according to UFC president Dana White. The UFC bantamweight champion hasn't fought since October 2011 because of several severe knee injuries. "Hopefully this summer the kid is back. He is gonna have to get back into training again. If the kid gets hurt again like that??? I mean, I wouldn't know what to do," White said. "The upside for him is FOX loves him too, he does other things and, I don't know, we will see how this thing plays out. I am hoping that the winner of this fight here [in the UK this weekend] fights him."
