03:38 PM ET 02.15 | New Jersey Devils forward Dainius Zubrus will miss four-to-six weeks while recovering from surgery on his left wrist. On Thursday, the Devils announced that Zubrus had successfully underwent surgery. The team had placed him on injured reserve on Wednesday. It is believed that the injury was sustained during the team's game against the New York Rangers on Feb. 5, as Zubrus has missed four games since playing in that contest. With the forward out of the lineup for sometime, the Devils decided to re-acquire forward Alexei Ponikarovsky via trade from the Winnipeg Jets for a seventh-round pick in the 2013 NHL Draft and a fourth-round pick in the 2014 draft.

Glad his surgery went well....and glad he will be off a decent time to heal.
