Titans will use franchise tag on Jared Cook, according to report

05:19 PM ET 02.15 | The Tennessee Titans are expected to use their franchise tag on tight end Jared Cook, according to Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean. The team has not been able to work out a long-term contract with Cook, and this would allow them to keep the free agent for the 2013 season. Tagging Cook means he would make around $6 million next season.
