06:25 PM ET 02.15 | As the NBA trade deadline approaches, the Charlotte Bobcats are more determined than ever to trade guard Ben Gordon. The team was mulling a trade before Thursday, but it was an incident during the morning shootaround that put the desire to move the former UCONN star in full force. Per reports, Gordon refused to stop bouncing a ball while Bobcats head coach Mike Dunlap was speaking during the morning session. Gordon ignored Dunlap's request before taking his level of disrespect up a notch and telling his coach to "humble himself." Bobcats general manager Rod Higgins was at the practice and was forced to step in. The team did not decide to trade Gordon, which they should have, but instead they'll look for offers before the deadline.
