01:28 PM ET 02.16 | Shannon Knapp and Invicta Fights have snagged another superstar from the women's mixed martial arts world for their promotion. Knapp was able to sign former Strikeforce women's champion Cris Cyborg, who was recently released from the UFC after refusing to drop to 135-pounds to fight UFC women's champ Ronda Rousey. It didn't take Cyborg long on the free agent market to find a new home and she has even signed up for her next bout. Cyborg will be facing American Top Team's Ediane Gomes at Invicta 5 for her promotional debut. Gomes, 10-2, has not lost since March 2011 when she faced the previously mentioned Rousey.
