01:33 PM ET 02.16 | New England Patriots superstar tight end Rob Gronkowski has been in the news recently for the stuff he's done while partying, which has drawn the ire of most people over the age of 40 and indifference among people under 30. Or at least, that's the stereotypical way of looking at it. No matter, though, because the new news regarding Gronkowski is good news and draws positive reactions from all. Rob Gronkowski is now in the rehab phase of his recovery from his second broken arm.

He's going to end up out of the league because of something stupid, like breaking his neck trying to do a keg stand or getting third degree taintburns trying to light a fart.

Another victim of Turf Taint hits the injury report.

Hi Packersgal.

Needs to grow up but don't write him off.
Big talent but 16 year old brain.
Let's hope he grows up soon, with some help from some adults he will listen to.

Not impossible Willie but until then I think the stuff he's being admonished about is actually pretty harmless

I'm waiting for the next headline detailing Gronk's third-time broken left arm for trying to win an arm wrestling match at the USAF (United States Armwrestling Federation) to be held in June.

Has anyone told the writer that the season is over?

Now to keep him safe make sure he always keeps his shoe laces tied and that when he goes into a bar that their is a seat belt on the bar stool.

I know if I was his age and had money in my pocket and women lined up to greet me that I would stay home and watch QVC. Jeesh!

Writers gotta write. It doesn't matter if the article is interesting or relevant. They guy's having fun, period!

So was Ben Roethlisberger. Totally different, I know, but the point is that "harmless fun" can lead to jeopardizing multi-millions in earnings if you don't know when to put a lid on it. Sure, he's young, rich and so on and so on...but at some point you need to protect your investment, which is your body, and dedicate yourself to the golden goose, which is your ability to perform on a football field. If you ignore either of those you'll find yourself just another guy who could-have-been.
