Where was whistle before Erik Karlsson injury?

09:24 AM ET 02.17 | One question the NHL should answer: Where was the whistle seconds before Erik Karlsson was injured. The puck went out of play. Four on-ice officials failed to make the call. Play continued, when it shouldn't have. If there's a whistle, there's no injury. Can't blame Matt Cooke for that.

Sorry about scaring you away from the game yesterday. When I heard it was "The Battle of the Backups", of course, I was thinking of the The Mighty Leighton but I forgot he was broken.

Off topic, Edmonton-Colorado was the best game i've watched all season. You have to feel for Varlamov.

You didn't really. We just got this new fangled 3D TV and it's kinda cool! Was planning on a movie nite anyway, you just helped me not feel too bad about it. Watched a bit of it nonetheless!
