Vucevic an untouchable?

08:13 PM ET 02.18 | The Orlando Magic appear to have uncovered a diamond in the rough in big man Nikola Vucevic, a player they're so excited about that he's reportedly been deemed untouchable in trade talks this month. Acquired from the 76ers before the season in the Dwight Howard trade, Vucevic was considered a minor part of the deal but has emerged as one of the best players on the Magic this season. Currently averaging a double-double at the age of 22, he's certainly an intriguing young player, though turning down all trade requests for him might be excessive.

QUOTE(#1):

Why would you even consider trading him if you are building with youth. He's 22 and already the #2 rebounder behind Dwight. Kid has a lot of upside so keep him and add more young guys.

:-)

They replaced him with Howard everyone else stayed the same basically yet they went from contending to last place!! He rebounds so what does he help them win games?? Noo

Keep him. Not great numbers but not terrible either and he has a good upside at the age of 22.

QUOTE(#13):

" everyone else stayed the same "Are you kidding? Nelson is the only starter from last year. Other han Nelson only one other guy is play with Vucevic that played with Howard. It's a totally new team with 5 rookies and two second year players.

Whatever they still suck

All those rookies on The Magic wouldn't be so bad if they weren't getting coached by a rookie!
