08:05 AM ET 02.19 | The clock is ticking for Orlando Magic guard J.J. Redick. [Redick] realizes that Tuesday night???s game against the Charlotte Bobcats at Amway Center could be his final home game as a Magic player. But Redick said on Monday afternoon that he hasn???t received any indication that a trade is going to happen. In fact, Redick said Magic general manager Rob Hennigan has told him that the team is "open" to re-signing him when he becomes a free agent this summer. Hennigan has stayed in touch with Redick and with Redick's agent, Arn Tellem, in recent weeks. "But this is a business. I have to make a business decision. And I know this from experience, regardless of any personal feelings or any emotional attachment to anything, a team is going to do what they feel is best."

Howard for Reddick is a good trade for the Lakers, but bad for Orlando.

I think the Knicks need to keep Shumpert. If they do make the trade they would move Novak as well IMO. So Redick becomes a "Novak" that can put the ball on the floor. Kidd is basically on a year by year contract even though he signed a 3 year deal. You can't depend on a 40 yr player on your roster especially at G. If you trade Shumpert you have to think Redick is your long term SG starting or spliting time with Smith.
Guards: Redick, Felton, Prigioni, Kidd, Smith
SF's: White, Brewer, Melo
