Pierre Garcon doesn't need surgery

02:31 PM ET 02.19 | Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon will not need offseason surgery on the injured foot that troubled him in 2012. Garcon had a tear in the plantar plate around the second toe on his right foot, which caused him to miss six games. However, he is recovering nicely and should be 100 percent healed by the start of next season. In 10 regular-season games for the Redskins, Garcon caught 44 passes for 633 yards and four touchdowns. He compiled four catches and 50 yards in Washington's Wild Card loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
