Barry Switzer did basically the same thing, and was fined $3,500 and given a 1-year "deferred adjudication." Jerry Jones then fined him $75K. Times have changed, huh?

I think they meant keeping him out of prison. NY has very tough gun laws and his charge is the same one that put Plax in prison, well, with the exception of shooting himself that it!
