02:29 PM ET 02.20 | Heading into his senior season, former Arkansas quarterback Tyler Wilson was a Heisman Trophy candidate. Wilson wasn't able to duplicate the success he had as a junior, in part to a coaching change, but heading into the NFL Draft Wilson said he still thinks he is worth of being a first round draft pick. Wilson has been working out with former NFL quarterback Chris Weinke. He said while he's always had a natural ability to throw the ball, working with Weinke has made him feel better about his throwing ability than ever before. That throwing ability is just one reason he said he thinks he should be among the first 32 picks.

His senior year Wilson had to run for his life a lot and had John L. Smith as coach.. He is a pocket passer and should develop into a decent NFL QB.

I think every player entering the draft Probably thinks they are 1st round talent. Players have agents for 2 reasons 1) to continually tell the players how great they are 2) Try an convince football teams how great their players are.

I sure do wish that Canada had 300M people instead of 30M, we might then be able to shed the shots our football keeps getting even though it's over a hundred years old!!!!

What should a player say when asked that question? (he was responding to a question, BTW) "Nawww, I suck. I'm fifth round at best." Who wants a QB with no confidence? Answering that question with anything other than supreme confidence in his abilities would be a red flag for teams thinking about drafting him.

Keep in mind, a head coach can make all the difference in the world to a QB. Probably the most affected position on the field by a poor coach.
See Alex Smith, Mike Singletary.

I believe last season he was giving pointers to Wilson, Russell that is. I actually believe Tyler can be a very good QB in the league this isn't Alabama he was playing for that when the seniors move on another potential 1st round pick replaces them. No you aren't going to see any read option stuff with him but in a good system for him he could thrive

If you watched the game for a bit, you'll find the shots aren't true. It's a good game, it just does not get the publicity the NFL does.
