02:49 PM ET 02.20 | The Pittsburgh Steelers and veteran linebacker Larry Foote are working on a new deal, according to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. On Tuesday morning, Foote told a local radio show that he and the team are in negotiations but there is nothing set in stone yet. Foote has been a very productive player throughout his career and continued to be in 2012. The Detroit native made 113 tackles to finish second on the Steelers along with forcing two fumbles and providing leadership. The 113 stops is the most Foote has had in a season during his 11-year career.

Good Veteran, who get a small Steeler Increase, if any!

All the depth behind him got injured last year, so he'll be back if the price is right.

He'd better put his Foote down about wearing those ugly uniforms.

The recent string of pictures with those uniforms lead me to believe at least one intern either has a mean sense of humor or terrible fashion sense.

Sure, sign him but go get another ILB in draft. Someone not named Teo. Ask the Jets about an over rated, religious nut job.
