03:36 PM ET 02.20 | The Utah Jazz have been rumored to be deciding between keeping Al Jefferson and Paul Millsap - both upcoming free agents - and ESPN's Chris Broussard reports the Minnesota Timberwolves have inquired about Millsap, with former No. 1 overall pick Derrick Williams as the bait.

It's unlikely that the Jazz resign both Jefferson and Millsap, and with recent No. 3 overall picks Enes Kanter and Derrick Favors both in backup roles, they could afford to get rid of one if they get something nice in return. Williams would be another talented young cog, even if he's fallen somewhat out of favor in his second year in the NBA - although with Kevin Love and Nikola Pekovic in the frontcourt, the Timberwolves would be creating a logjam of their own.

Other teams rumored to be interested in Millsap are the Brooklyn Nets and Los Angeles Clippers.

This guy needs to go to a decent team not the Timberwolves who have been underperforming with the material they got. I expected them to be playoffs material, 6-8 seed.

Anyways, Millsap and Jefferson can't stay in Utah (one can maybe) so I would leave for a decent team.

I agree I didn't expect the wolves to be great but I thought they'd be playing better than they are....the sure know how to piss games away
