06:08 AM ET 02.21 | After hauling in an impressive cast of defensive linemen for the 2013 class, LSU took a step toward doing it again in the 2014 on Wednesday. LSU made an offer to 6-foot-3, 295-pound defensive tackle Travonte Valentine from Bayside High School in Palm Bay, Fla., NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune confirmed. Valentine recently decommitted from the Florida Gators and the LSU offer was welcomed news. "I got off the phone with Les Miles and Brick Haley and they told me I had an offer," Valentine said. "LSU is a big deal. It is a big-time school and to receive an offer from them is special." ... The former Louisville and Florida and commitment will wait-and-see before making his final decision.

I really believe Penn St. should appreciate the NCAA for keeping them. Because if I was running an athletic league, I wouldn't want to be associated with this sort of program or have a program that did the things PSU did.

I just finished watching "Katie" from 10 days ago with Sue Paterno and was totally disgusted with the Paternos and the has been washed-up football player that was defending Joe by saying there's nothing Joe could have done. Apparently Katie had a stroke or something and NEVER mentioned that Joe was told, and admitted to being told, by Coach Mcqueary that he SAW Sandusky having sex with a 10 year old boy in the shower, and then did nothing to follow through on eliminating Sandusky from the PSU campus.

Saw that.....multiple lines out

When salmon fishing in the Columbia river, you are only allowed to have one line out per fisherman. FN has no such restrictions.

It ought to be that way everywhere except private ponds.

So the kid committed to Louisville and then decommitted. Then committed to Florida and then decommitted. Not sure I'd want much to do with a kid that obviously doesn't honor his word.
