06:11 AM ET 02.21 | Who better to ask about Ron Rolston's coaching philosophy than his brother Brian? Rolston (the coach) is a bit of an unknown entity. ... "His attention to detail starts with having to take care of the defensive end first," Brian said. "I was lucky to play nine seasons for a great coach in Jacques Lemaire, and Ron would ask me, 'What does Jacques do here? What does he think about this?' In Boston, we had a rule: the forwards back-checked the puck and the defence took the middle of the ice away. The goalies knew the shot was coming from the outside. Ron will be like that. He'll set up a defensive system and expect the players to stick with it."

this team isn't very good and their scoring relies entirely on one player. I don't see them going very far regardless of coaches.

which is basically 4 players skating floating around and randomly running into one another, while Vanek does his best to carry them all of his back.

right now they're sitting top 8. Be happy and don't push it.

The Sabres don't expect much out of him. He's there to keep the seat warm for the next coach. That's why Shero brought up Bylsma in 2009 but things didn't go as they expected.
