01:10 PM ET 02.21 | This year's national signing day is barely in the books but 2014's top safety recruit is almost ready to make his decision. Quin Blanding (Virginia Beach, VA) is expected to choose between Virginia, Florida State and Ohio State on February 27th and the Cavaliers are thought to be the favorite to land the 6'2", 200 pound safety. Blanding is considered a top-five recruit by some recruiting services for next year's class.
