Titans GM expects Jared Cook to return to Tennessee

02:37 PM ET 02.21 | Tennessee Titans general manager Ruston Webster said Thursday at the NFL Combine that he expects tight end Jared Cook to be with the team in 2013, according to SB Nation's Ryan Van Bibber. News floated around last week that the Titans would slap the franchise tag on Cook, but they haven't pulled the trigger yet. Teams have until March 4 to franchise players.
