03:39 PM ET 02.22 | Anything is possible with the top pick in the NFL draft, according to Chiefs GM John Dorsey, who said he'll explore all potential avenues - even a potential trade.

Dorsey told media at the NFL Combine that he was looking for the best player available, adding that "unique situations" - including teams trading for the No. 1 pick were still on the table.

The Chiefs need a quarterback - badly, as Matt Cassell and Brady Quinn don't seem to be the answer - but considering the fact many draft experts say there's a dearth of worthy quarterbacks in this year's class, it might not be so crazy for the Chiefs to pursue other options.

Trade it if you find takers. Hope for a first round pick in next year as that class seems to have depth at every position- w Reid's record hell draft a qb in the second or third round. Could use extra picks for an Alex smith or veteren qb.

Trade the #1 to the 'Skins; then the Skins can draft an OL to work with RG III and Kirk Cousins...

As Sarge would say....."Anyone could pursue trades, for a #1 pick!"
