04:19 PM ET 02.22 | Cleveland Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski didn't exactly come out and say it, but the idea of trading one of his quarterbacks isn't out of the picture, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Plain Dealer. Chudzinski didn't say the team would definitely explore trades, but the Browns are "looking to improve our team in any areas, by any means of doing that." Last year's rookie starter, Brandon Weeden, and Colt McCoy could be had, apparently, if the price is right.

Trading a quarterback? Wow, that's some serious reading between the lines. Could have meant almost anything.

Trade one, name the other the starter, and work with him for a few years under the same head coach and the same OC. Also, improve the O line, get some decent receivers in, and better the defense to help keep the team from playing behind all the time.
There's an idea.

You clearly have not watched the Browns. First the O-line is fine and wll get better as they filled the last weak spot with a promising rookie last year at RT. The receivers are much better than in the past, but again young. They could use a good veteran to help them along, but the talent is there to build on.
It's NOT the Browns defense that has them coming from behind (and this is where it is completely evident you have not watched). Browns defenses have been relatively good many of the last recent years. However, they always have an ineffective offense that keeps the defense on the field all day. As the game goes on defenses get tired, and the ineffective offense is the reason the defenses have been giving up more points....ESPECIALLY late 3rd and 4th quarters. Even when playing from behind it was always 10 points or less and usually cause the offense did NOTHING themselves. But the biggest killer of the Browns defense most years has been their ineffective offenses. That said, they will need to get some upgrades and pick-ups for the LB positions since they are going back to the 3-4. And they need to compliment Joe Haden with another shutdown corner.

There might be some team that is still curious about Colt McCoy. Maybe Jerry Jones.

Every time I see a picture of Colt McCoy I can't help but remember James Harrison just about blowing his head completely off his shoulders and then McCoy laying on the ground knocked clean out.

I think it's been established that Colt can't take a hit (re: Darius on him in the BCS NCG, among others).
