01:10 PM ET 02.23 | Jarvis Jones won't be participating in any drills at the combine, but that is not what is causing the Georgia linebacker to fall down draft boards around the league. Several teams are concerned about Jones' neck, according to Pro Football Talk. Jones left USC after school doctors recommended he quit playing football due to a condition called spinal stenosis, a narrowing of the spinal column. Prohibited from playing at USC, Jones transferred to Georgia, where he was cleared and became one of the top linebackers in college football. He is considered to be one of the top prospects in the 2013 NFL Draft and could be drafted in the top 10 if teams aren't scared away by his medical history. The spinal stenosis reportedly has many teams looking to avoid Jones, at least in the first round.

I'll bet he doesn't lead with his helmet when he tackles. No fines for him.
