02:25 PM ET 02.23 | The San Francisco 49ers had what will hopefully be their only arrest of the offseason as offensive lineman Al Netter was arrested for driving under the influence. Netter was reportedly arrested by San Jose CHP on Wednesday for having a BAC above the .08 legal limit. Netter spent the season on the practice squad and was signed to a reserve/future contract after the Super Bowl.
