03:27 PM ET 02.23 | Lakers point guard Steve Nash struggled all night long in the team's 111-107 victory over the Trail Blazers on Friday night, going just 2-of-11 from the field and finishing with four points. Nash had an explanation for his struggles, saying he injured his back in the first quarter. "I tweaked my back in the first quarter and it kept locking up," Nash said. "It was tight the whole game and I couldn't get the mobility. Despite battling the injury, Nash was able to come up with a huge play late, knocking down a tough fadeaway jumper with 1:44 left to give Los Angeles a lead that they would never give up the rest of the way. The veteran point guard hopes that after a day off on Saturday the back will loosen up and he will be back at full strength when the Lakers face the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday.

He's too old for this game.

I wish we could have seen CP3-Kobe-Bynum (healthy) instead this guy.

It won't matter much; He hasn't been a big factor at all. This team all about Kobe and how healthy he can stay come playoffs.

Maybe the refs helped carry Steve Nash off the court after the game? After all, the refs helped out the Lakers on Friday night. They might as well help them off the court as well.
