Cavs' Casspi hospitalized with appendicitis

04:49 PM ET 02.24 | Cavaliers forward Omri Casspi remains hospitalized in Florida after surgery to remove his appendix. Casspi was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center complaining of stomach pain Saturday. The Cavs say he was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and had surgery.
