07:13 PM ET 02.24 | The Academy Awards are tonight, and the best films of this past year are due to be honored. From Abraham Lincoln to a vulgar animated teddy bear, Hollywood is throwing itself another annual ball to pat itself on the back for being so amazing. But while we're likely going to only watch five minutes of the actual ceremony, the question in the sports world is being raised: what are the best sports movies ever made? From "He Got Game" to "The Wrestler" and of course, "Raging Bull," sports films have forever held a special place in the hearts of fans. But in the case of the films mentioned, sometimes they're good enough to breakthrough to the mainstream and become etched in the history of film. While it's true that for every "Caddyshack," we get a thousand Mighty Duck films, but there are classic sports films, and the question is" which one stands out as the best?
