08:24 AM ET 02.26 | Atop a list that was once was considered locked down by Nerlens Noel, the nation's No. 1 draft prospect now may be Ben McLemore. With [Noel's] season ending ACL injury, McLemore has become the favorite to be the first pick in this year's draft. He's not a finished product and scouts will nitpick his level of assertiveness, lack of a fiery personality and other aspects, but at the end of the day he's the guy in this draft with the greatest shot at becoming a superstar. While the feat has not been accomplished (a SG going 1) in 40 years, McLemore stands a good chance. His outside shot is comparable to a perfect golf swing, it's a thing of beauty. Combine that with freakish athleticism and you have a high level prospect.

isn't this the exact thing SI posted last month about Ben? And EJ was awesome last night. Self needs to keep Nadiir as the point so EJ can play the off guard like he is meant to play.

Would really depend on who gets this pick where in the top 5 he is gonna go.
