12:54 PM ET 02.26 | Cleveland Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden didn't wow fans in his rookie season last year, but despite rumors that the team is looking for a new signal-caller, Weeden plans on being the starter in 2013. Weeden declared Monday that he could beat out any new quarterback the Browns sign or draft, saying "I'm confident in my ability to be the guy, to lead this football team. I expect completely to be better this year than I was last year." In 2012, he started 15 games and completed 57 percent of his passes for 3,385 yards, 14 touchdowns and 17 interceptions. The Browns were 5-10 in those games.

Going to be an interesting year in Cleveland, so far the management team reminds me of the Gang that couldn't Shoot Straight, they are all patting themselves on the back, while they screw up the Karma!!! They have 2 Years after that they will bring in another management team!

The Browns might as well stick with Weeden for another year, use the draft and FA to get him some help, and see what he can do. If he still doesn't work out, replace him next year. Any QB would have struggled with the team the Browns had last year.

What's he going to say? "I hope that last year was the peak of my career. This year, we'll be lucky to win one game!"
