05:30 PM ET 02.26 | Montreal Canadiens forward Rene Bourque has been diagnosed with a concussion, according to head coach Michal Therrien. Bourque had originally believed to be suffering from the flu, as the bug had been making its way through the team???s locker room. However, it was determined after an examination that Bourque was actually displaying concussion symptoms. He has missed the team???s last two games and is expected to miss more while recovering. Therrien expressed that he was shocked to hear that it was a concussion and said the organization was unaware of how it was sustained. Bourque also stated that he was unsure of when/how the injury occurred.

I'm sure somehow, someway it's Matt Cooke's fault. Suspend him! Oh ... and don't forget to fine him the maximum allowable amount!

Oh come on, everyone knows it was Subban's fault. Take your blinders off! LOL

Montreal just traded Erik Cole for Michael Ryder.Any of you Habbers out there wanna explain this one for me? Why mess with a good thing?

That's what happens with a little success. What's next a call to Scotty Bowman?

Erik Cole's gotten used to la bonne vie in Montreal.

Don't know why the Habs did this... But the Stars get a guy that's locked up for the next two years for a guy (who I really like) that is a FA after this season. As a Stars fan - I'm cool with it.

Also hearing the Stars gave up a 3rd round pick.

I know Cole's numbers were down this year, but I agree with you - he still has lots to offer. Put him on a line with Loui and see what happens.

I'm pretty certain he comes with the recommendation of Recchi and Whitney...

Good enough for me.

I don't get the trade either. Sounds like the Habs were chasing the draft pick. Seems to be the wild card because I don't see Ryder sustaining his last 2 seasons at 32. Hope I'm wrong.

I hate picks as something worthwhile.

No way they pay back.

If your scouts a worth a damn you may have a shot.

Stars win in OT 5-4... Much harder than it should have been against CBJ

He's been pretty good on the offensive end this season... If that's the takeaway for the Habs then I guess it makes sense.

For the Stars... Another "leader-type" for the kids to learn from.

Sure could use some help on the blue line, though...

We give up WAY too many easy shots from the point.

2 pts is 2 pts Otis. At this point I'd take an OT win against a team of cookie selling girl scouts! We won tonight but they all make me nervous.

Yep... And in this cluster of teams you and I are in the middle of - 2 points are huge!

Shame to lose Cole. I hope he does real well for you guys. I'm gonna keep an eye out!
