01:34 PM ET 02.27 | Greg Schiano nailed his first NFL Draft with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last year, drafting safety Mark Barron, running back Doug Martin and linebacker Lavonte David, all of who became productive starters as rookies. Even more impressively, Schiano was able to evaluate all of them on a time crunch. He hadn't even been on the job one month before going to the 2012 NFL Combine to scout his future athletes. Schiano's second combine was much easier, he told the Tampa Tribune: "This time last year, it was just such a whirlwind,'' Schiano said. "So, it is certainly better to be here now with circumstances being what they are, because this is a critical part of the process. It's all about gathering information, and we've done a lot of research already with our scouting department and our coaches and now we have a chance to see these players do some things live."

I think they'll give Freeman at least one more season. Where they really need help is in their secondary, which ranked last.

I hear the Jets have an island to sell.

Schiano should enjoy this combine because the way the Glazer family is he'll be fortunate to see one more. They won't give him much time to turn it around. If he doesn't go 10-6 this year they'll start looking for another head coach.
