01:42 PM ET 02.27 | The St. Louis Blues have announced that forward Andy McDonald has been placed on injured reserve due to a knee injury, according to general manager Doug Armstrong. McDonald is listed as week-to-week and no official timetable has been released as to when he might be able to return. In addition, the club also announced that forward Alexander Steen will be listed as day-to-day with a shoulder injury. Both players were injured during the ???battle??? drill, where two nets are placed 30 feet apart and the players engage in a scrimmage. The injuries occurred within moments of one another and resulted in both players leaving the ice.

I believe that is right. I am thinking Colaiacavo was involved in that deal too.

I think Hitch should save his high intensity training program for a normal year. No time for such stuff in a jammed packed shortened season.

The way the Blues have been playing, they were day-to-day anyway.
