08:12 AM ET 02.28 | Tarpon Springs (Fla.) East Lake offensive lineman Mason Cole, who committed to Michigan earlier this week, may wind up serving as a 6-foot-5, 285-pound domino. [It] could also bode well for his teammates. Fellow rising senior Artavis Scott is the No. 93 player in the nation, a 5-11, 180-pound receiver who is electric with the ball in his hands. Class of 2015 wide receiver George Campbell may end up the highest-ranked of the three. He's a 6-4, 180-pounder who has five-star potential. "We have talked about going to school together," Scott said. "Me and Mason, we've talked about it. When I talk to George, I tell him all the time: Go somewhere that you know you'll have an impact, not just follow the crowd."

You could say that about any big recruit. The really good recruits start recruiting to your team as well.
We had a recruit that was good friends with TJ Yeldon while Yeldon was committed to auburn. Any time Yeldon would try and bring up auburn, he'd say, "I'm not lsitening to anything about them. If you want to talk, let's talk about Alabama." It worked.

"Me and Mason, we've talked about it." Sounds like a good academic candidate for Meeeechigan.

It's unreal how much time we spend talking about kids who are 2 falls away from attending a school and, in reality, probably at least 3 falls from having any affect on the football field.
It's kind of maddening actually and somewhat insane.
