01:14 PM ET 02.28 | The Pittsburgh Steelers continue to restructure contracts in their mad dash to get under the salary cap with Ben Roethlisberger the latest to agree to a new deal, according to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Roethlisberger is the third Steeler to restructure his contract this offseason, following linebacker Lawrence Timmons and wide receiver Antonio Brown. Roethlisberger was scheduled to carry a $19.595 million cap hit in 2013, but his new deal will free up $6 million in cap space according to Ed Bouchette. Roethlisberger has three years left on his contract and it is expected he could sign an extension with the Steelers next offseason to further rework his numbers.
