And run-stuffing defensive tackles Star Lotulelei and Sharrif Floyd. And burner receiver Marquise Goodwin. And offensive tackles Luke Joeckel and Eric Fisher. Linebacker Manti Te'o? Sure, why not? Put it this way -- the Raiders are doing their due diligence and looking at every conceivable possibility. But as one NFL source told me at the Senior Bowl, the Raiders' most likely and logical move is to trade down from the No. 3 spot. ... [Showing] "interest" in Smith could be akin to general manager Reggie McKenzie building up interest, and thus, trade value, in said No. 3 pick.

Especially if you feel like there is no game changer at 3, which I don't think there is. IF they can stay in the top 12 and gain maybe a late 1st rounder or early 2nd, I'd trade it

Exactly. The Eagles and the Patriots both loaded up on second round picks and more and spent those choices on defensive players and they still did not fix their defensive problems.

I agree I think that both Teams will have a good draft, and Philly has a guy right out of college who coached with and against some of the new Young Studs of tomorrow!!!

The Raiders need more than one player to get them back on track. If they can turn that #3 pick into two picks (one in the first and the other a high second) and a third rounder, that would be a very smart thing to do.

The Raiders have disappointed me constantly.......so with that said, I am open to ANYTHING that will get them into the playoffs. One #3 pick isn't going to turn around this franchise!
