Rose drama contributing to Bulls blues

08:10 AM ET 03.01 | Just what is the plan for Derrick Rose? [The] Bulls started playing their worst basketball of the season when everything got fuzzy concerning Rose's near future. All the denials in the world from the coach and the players won't change what I'm seeing: a team that has had it with the drama. A team demoralized by the will-he, won't-he circus. Since Feb. 12, when Rose said he was "far away" from being back to normal physically, the Bulls have gone 2-4, not including Thursday night's game against Philadelphia. They are 4-8 in February. ... Before February began, the players had been operating under the assumption that things were coming along nicely in the Triumphant Return department. Then the mixed signals started flying like arrows in "Braveheart."

Horrible article, who writes this?
If this was the case and they couldn't live without Rose they should have done far worse, which they haven't. It's just a slump, why would it have to do anything with Rose not coming back.

I saw that video too, but did notice him taking off his good leg and only landing on the good leg. As a Bulls fan, I really hope he shuts it down for the year, gets healthy, and comes back strong for the next decade.

I totally agree. I can never understand why these reporters think they are actually inside the players' heads. The Bulls have just hit a rough patch just like every team does over the course of a season. Also, I'm pretty sure D Rose's teammates have a much better idea of what the plan is for his return than the media.

The Bulls are coming off a stretch in which they played 10 of 12 games on the road. The two at home were against the Spurs and Heat (best records in their respective conference). Maybe that is why they are struggling. Agreed that this is a horribly written article about nothing.

"A team demoralized by the will-he, won't-he circus."
Who created that circus and drama? People like the writer.

D Rose created this drama when he selfishly allowed himself to get hurt!
Then he goes and tells his teammates he would really love to join them this year.... jerk.
Now he's all, "Maybe I should rest it so that I can come back next year and help the team as much as possible."
He's turning into a locker room cancer. Maybe we can trade him for someone reliable, like maybe Dwightmare?
