05:40 PM ET 03.01 | The Knicks seem to be an obvious landing spot for Aaron Brooks once the Kings finalize their buyout with the 28-year-old point guard. New York was desperately trying to add a point guard to the mix around the trade deadline and they've been linked to Brooks in the past. Brooks averaged eight points and 2.3 a game for Sacramento while receiving inconsistent minutes in a crowded backcourt. While he's sure to have his fair share of suitors, it's worth noting that Brooks' points per game average has steadily declined since he won the NBA's Most Improved Player award back in 2010.
