02:50 PM ET 03.02 | Former Philadelphia Eagles 3-4 defensive end and 4-3 defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins will be visiting two NFC West powerhouses soon in the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers. Per a tweet from Adam Schefter, Jenkins will visit the Seahawks on Monday and the 49ers on Tuesday after already checking in with the New York Giants yesterday. Jenkins is a 32-year-old veteran who recorded four sacks last season, and it seems like he might be better off as a 3-4 DE than a 4-3 DT. The 49ers run a 3-4, while the Seahawks run the 4-3 and both teams have a multitude of great pass rushers. The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported yesterday that the Green Bay Packers do not have interest in their former standout, but top beat writer Tom Silverstein did state that there are seven suitors involved.

Former Philadelphia Eagles 3-4 defensive end and 4-3 defensive tackle

Philadelphia never ran a 3-4 defense during Cullen Jenkins tenure.

He played 3-4 defensive end for the Packers, and later 4-3 defensive tackle for the Eagles, if that's what you're attempting to say... but that's not what you wrote.

Both the Seahawks and Niners could use a better inside presence on the defensive line, but Jenkins may have had his best years past him by.

Well, the Packers are in need and have no interest in resigning their old matey. apparently the Eagles with about $30 million in cap space do not care if they ever see him again either.

Note: some of those sacks came when he was playing DE, so anyone who thinks they can get five sacks from him as a tackle should do their homework.

Some team will sign this guy...and perhaps regret it.
