03:09 PM ET 03.02 | Utah Jazz power forward Paul Millsap had hoped that his sprained left ankle would be healed by Friday night's game against the Charlotte Bobcats. But the ankle was still bugging Millsap on Friday, and not wanting to make things worse, he decided to sit out. "A few days out I was expecting it to be somewhat fully healed," Millsap said, "but it's not. I don't want to force the issue." Frontcourt mate Al Jefferson is also dealing with a left ankle injury, and he wore a walking boot to Friday's game. It was the first time since May 10, 2010 that neither Millsap nor Jefferson were in the starting lineup. Youngsters Enes Kanter and Derrick Favors got the starts in their place, with Kanter putting up 23 points and 22 rebounds in a 98-68 victory.
