03:58 PM ET 03.02 | Chicago Bulls small forward Luol Deng will not miss any time after taking an elbow to the jaw late in Thursday night's game. Closing out the contest against the Philadephia 76ers, Spencer Hawes inadvertently hit Deng in the face with an elbow that knocked him out of the game. He was having headaches afterwards, but concussion tests came back negative, so he'll be suiting up on Saturday night as the Bulls face the Brooklyn Nets. The second-time All-Star has missed time with a variety of injuries this season, but a head injury won't be one of them now.
