02:03 PM ET 03.04 | The Miami Dolphins have used the franchise tag on defensive tackle Randy Starks and they will now shift their focus to a number of key players who are set to become free agents. First up appears to be wide receiver Brian Hartline. According to reports, Hartline and the Dolphins believe the two sides can get a deal done. The question for Miami will be whether it makes more financial sense to pay $6 million to Hartline rather than use the money for another veteran wideout on the free agent market.

Hartline is Tannehill's security blanket. Might be worth it to pay him. This team showed some improvement last year, don't want to reverse that trend.

He's the only offense Miami has if they don't resign Reggie Bush...
It'd make sense for the Dolphins to pay the man!

They need to sign Hartline to 4 year 14 million $ contract. That's all he's worth
