Evgeni Malkin to return on Monday night

04:23 PM ET 03.04 | The Pittsburgh Penguins have announced that superstar forward Evgeni Malkin will be in the lineup for the team???s game against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Monday night. Malkin has missed four games since sustaining a concussion against the Florida Panthers on Feb. 22. The Penguins have compiled a 2-2-0 record without Malkin, beginning with a win against the Lightning two nights after he sustained his injury. Malkin currently ranks third on the team in total points with 21 and has collected four goals, as well as 17 assists in 18 games this season. Pittsburgh won the last meeting against Tampa Bay, 5-3.

Any hit can end any players career at anytime.

When healthy it's Sid. Geno,while great, tends to be a streaky player. Even more so when Sid is healthy for some reason.
Your injury concerns are valid. I just hope the way the Penguins organization handled his injury versus others in the past will let him have a long career. But the truth is nobody knows. Only time will tell.
