05:05 PM ET 03.04 | Miami received its Notice of Allegations from the NCAA on Feb. 19, but it appears the school isn't in any hurry to respond. The school has 90 days to issue its reply to the allegations, and it is likely to use the majority of that window. Miami president Donna Shalala has already said in statements that she doesn't think the university deserves additional sanctions. The Hurricanes self-imposed post-season bans for the football team in each of the last two years.
