08:09 AM ET 03.05 | Knicks point guard Pablo Prigioni, who is set to become a free agent this coming summer, said he's unsure he will seek another NBA contract beyond his current deal. Prigioni added it's still possible he will return to the Spanish League to finish up his distinguished career. Asked if he wanted to return to the Knicks next season, Prigioni, the oldest rookie in the modern NBA at 35, said he can't tell and needs a full season to evaluate. But Prigioni told The Post he is not retiring. "I will play for some team next year -- where, I don???t know," Prigioni told The Post. "It could be in the NBA. It could be the Spanish League. ... But I [will] listen to the Knicks."

I differ on that. He's an excellent player and a big part of what we do. He's the reason our bench is so productive. The guy doesn't make any mistakes. He's very fundamentally sound. I will give him a 3year 6 - 10 mil contract. He's a great player and a rare breed for a point guard. I can only hope management is smart enough to keep him.

3 years and up to 10 million per year for a backup? That doesn't seem prudent with today's cap restrictions.

HA!
Raptors give double that to have Bargnani sit on the bench, then chuck threes and shy away from the boards.

Can't beat that kind of crazy.
